Studio Policies

To ensure a smooth and stress-free experience, we value clarity and preparation. Please review the policies below prior to booking.

Booking & Deposits

• All session deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Dates are not secured until booking is completed and deposit is received.

• Remaining balances must be paid in full on or before the session date.

• Images will not be edited or delivered until full payment has been received.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellation or reschedule requests.

• One complimentary reschedule is permitted for illness or weather-related concerns and must be completed within 12 months of the original session date.

• Additional reschedules may require a new deposit and are subject to availability.

• Deposits are forfeited for cancellations outside of the stated policy.

Late Arrivals

• Arriving late will reduce your available session time.

• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late incur an $80 late fee.

• Arrivals exceeding 30 minutes may result in session cancellation, forfeiture of deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

Session Flow & timing

• Scheduled session times are estimates and may vary based on cooperation and session flow.

• Session time does not extend due to late arrival or larger group sizes.

Image Delivery & Turnaround

• Estimated turnaround time for edited images is 7–14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

• Final galleries remain active for 3 months from delivery.

• Long-term archiving of images is not guaranteed.

• Gallery retrieval or re-download requests after expiration may incur a $50 fee, if files are still available.

Location fees

• Clients are responsible for any additional location, permit, or parking fees incurred during the session.

petite package policies

• Proof images are lightly corrected for viewing and selection purposes only.

• Proof galleries may contain watermarks.

• Clients must select final images by marking favorites within the gallery and notify the photographer once selections are complete.

• Only selected images will be professionally edited and delivered.

Attire and Preperation

• Clients are responsible for arriving fully prepared and ready for their scheduled session time.

• If children need to change upon arrival to keep outfits clean, please plan to arrive a few minutes early so session time is not affected.

• All garments must be clean, pressed, and properly fitted prior to arrival. Extensive wrinkle removal or garment retouching is not included.

• Hair and makeup should be completed before the scheduled start time unless otherwise arranged.

• The number of participants must match the selected package. Additional individuals must be disclosed and approved in advance and may require an upgrade or add-on fee.
